Refund & Return Policy

At MobiQo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be provided for products purchased through our platform.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• If a cancelled order has already been paid for, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged during delivery.
• The customer receives a different product than the one ordered.
• The product has a verified defect covered under the applicable checking warranty period.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos of the issue.

3. Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• The original invoice and all supplied accessories must be included.
• The device must not show signs of accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
• Return or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by MobiQo.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
• Devices with physical damage, water damage, bends, dents, or cracks caused after delivery.
• Products repaired or opened by unauthorized third parties.
• Products reported after the applicable checking warranty period.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued only when a replacement is not available or the return request is approved.
• Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund process will begin.
• Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 working days.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
