1. Warranty Coverage

• All pre-owned mobile phones come with a warranty period ranging from 6 months to 1 year.
• Warranty duration may vary depending on the device and its condition.

2. Manufacturer Warranty

Mobile phones carrying a warranty period of more than 6 months are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty. To claim such warranty, customers must contact the authorized service center of the respective brand.

3. 10-Day Checking Warranty

All pre-owned mobiles include a 10-day checking warranty from the date of billing. If any issue is identified within this period, the product may be exchanged by presenting the original bill along with all supplied accessories.

4. Physical Inspection Responsibility

Customers are requested to carefully inspect the device before purchase. Complaints regarding physical damage such as bends, dents, cracks, scratches, or other cosmetic defects reported after purchase will not be accepted.

5. 6 Months Warranty Terms

• The 6 months warranty applies only to pre-owned mobile phones priced at ₹5,000 or above.
• The warranty remains valid for 6 months from the date of billing.
• Accessories supplied with the mobile phone are not covered under the warranty.
• Warranty claims should be reported within 5 to 10 days of noticing the issue.

6. Warranty Exclusions

• Issues caused by software updates or software-related problems are not covered under warranty (for example: display lines, color shading, or display abnormalities caused by software).
• Physical damage or defects resulting from water or liquid exposure are not covered under the warranty (for example: bends, dents, cracks, or water ingress).
• Warranty claims will not be accepted if the original purchase bill or supplied accessories (such as charger, box, etc.) are missing.
• If the mobile phone is repaired, modified, or serviced by an unauthorized third party during the warranty period, the warranty will become void.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any pre-owned mobile device.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon publication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
